Facebook App for iPad Finally Rolling Out (UPDATED)

At long last Facebook is rolling out its application for the iPad, but good luck on actually downloading it right now.

Facebook has announced that it’s iPad app is at long last available through the App Store, but as of right now when you click on the link it takes you to the page for the iPhone app.  I downloaded it anyway just to make sure, and sure enough it was still the old version.  We’re sure the link will be fixed in due course, but when exactly that will happen is anyone’s guess.

For now you can take a look at the pretty pictures Facebook is showing off, and it does look extremely tablet friendly.  Keep an eye on https://www.facebook.com/mobile/ipad for the link to change, and just keep checking back.
