Android and iPhone to get PlayStation App Android devices 1.6+ and iPhone that runs on iOS 4.0.

After Microsoft announced it’s Windows Phone 7 with the Xbox 360 app everyone wanted one like that on their smart-phones. Now Sony announced that this app will be available for Android and iPhone next year (2011). But the version 1.0 will have limited features and not gaming in the beginning. But, Sony says lots of features can be expected in future.

The first release will be available in few counties like UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and The Netherlands and is expected in most of the counties later. This app will be available at free of cost for Android devices 1.6+ and iPhone that runs on iOS 4.0.
